We have also successfully blended very seamlessly our services with many of our client’s internal IT Departments. They make us part of their IT TEAM for high-level project planning and execution in addition to regular monthly maintenance their internal staff does not handle.
Computers need maintenance and support just like all mechanical devices. We can arrange appointments that range between once a month to multiple times a week depending on your needs. We have three service flavors to meet the specific needs of the customers we service. Customers may also choose to have us perform these services after normal business hours or weekends. We can accommodate any needs you may have 24/7/365.

Monthly Contract Customers:
These customers enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that a highly trained technician comes to their business on a regular basis to monitor and keeps their hardware and software systems up to date and functioning flawlessly. You will also receive up to 15 minutes of free remote phone support per every contract hour in-between visits when needed. Platinum Service Members also get first priority when it comes to scheduling additional support beyond their contracted time.

Pool of Hour Customers:
These customers purchase a block of service hours (minimum 10 hours per year) to be used as needed. They enjoy the peace of mind, at a reduced cost, of knowing they have a pool of hours to draw from as service is needed. There is also no Trip Charge within a 15-mile radius of the Downtown Metro area.

Ad Hoc Service Calls: An hourly rate plus a minimum trip charge of $25. Whether in person or remotely by phone.

Our Platinum, Gold or Silver packages can be combined with our Remote Assistance Option making it a Platinum, Gold or Silver "Plus" etc. Hours will be deducted or billed as usual. The benefit of our "Plus" Package is, if you have an emergency we can in many, but not all circumstances, solve you problem without the need to set up an appointment. We can also schedule maintenance to be done after hours when you are not working on your computer as to avoid disrupting your workday. There is a $500 set up fee for this.
